It is a pleasure to introduce our unique School and the very special educational experience we provide.
At Edgecliff we encourage respect, curiosity, honesty and resilience and know that it takes courage to live our lives through these values.
Our dedicated staff focus on developing every boy to ensure that each one achieves their potential: allowing them the opportunity to discover and grow their talents, whilst receiving individual attention. We realise academic ability, nurture talent and build character in an environment of positive expectation. We also have plenty of fun!
Our central purpose is the preparation of boys for College Street, and the liberal academic curriculum there. Boys who leave Edgecliff have a thirst for learning, are aspirational and fully prepared for the next stage of their educational journey.
We are deeply proud of our excellent academic record, outstanding pastoral care and wide range of extra-curricular activities. I trust that this ‘Website’ will give you some important insights into the Edgecliff community, but recommend that you visit the School on one of our Open Days.

Our Locations
The secondary school (7–12) is located in College Street in the city of Sydney. There are two preparatory schools, one in Paddington (K–Year 6) and one in St Ives (Preschool–Year 6).
